How Tyler Hamilton Training Works:
  • Begin the program with an in-depth phone or Skype consultation with head coach Jim Capra to discuss your fitness background and goals

  • Assessment of your current fitness with a 45-minute training ride, the results of which are uploaded for analysis to your free TrainingPeaks account

  • THT develops a customized training plan for you based upon your fitness level and training goals

  • Your personalized training plan is emailed to you and uploaded into TrainingPeaks and your TrainingPeaks App for easy access to your workout  and post-workout review on your phone or computer 

  • Your coach monitors your results and revises your training plan based upon your progress and personal input

  • Monthly scheduled Skype or phone session with Head Coach Jim Capra. This is in addition to all ongoing communication via text/email with your coach  

  • Scheduled Skype or phone session with Tyler every 3 months

  • Guaranteed spot at your choice of one THT Training Camp Event.  (Does not include the cost of the event.)

  • Workouts modified and updated in real time due to personal schedule changes

  • Free TrainingPeaks Premium account

Ideal for the individual with a set schedule seeking quick results

  • Weekly coach access (client initiated via phone and email

  • Customized training plan complete with online workout and nutrition log

  • Weekly review of heart rate and/or power files

  • Before and After evaluation of any cycling events in which you are entered

Private Rides with Tyler or Jim
