TESTIMONIALS //
“When I signed on with THT I formed a team with Ty. The man was known as a true teammate and leader and that is exactly what he is. Tyler has provided me with clear goals, focused training, and true guidance. One of my teammates told me ‘Ty has been really, really good for you, he is worth every cent you pay.’ I know how much better I am riding and the results are truly verified by the comments of those who ride with me.
THT is the best investment I have made in my cycling career. The support and dedication Ty has provided have made me far stronger and faster than any set of wheels or tricked out ride possibly could. By focusing my training to my personal needs and helping me overcome the adversities along the way, Ty has given me the chance to get the most out of myself and this coming season.”

“I've been a ‘weekend warrior’ for the last seven years or so, riding in charity events, doing Saturday morning group rides with my local bike shop and even an occasional training crit. I began working with Tyler last Fall after a couple of the guys in the Saturday morning group started racing. I decided that I would like to give racing a try, but needed a coach to get me in shape. I did six cross races between October and December and have participated in two indoor time trials since the first of the year. I've gotten progressively stronger and more competitive within my age group and category. After six months of working with Tyler, I am in the best shape of my life. I can't wait for the 2010 season to get underway!”

“Tyler and his training philosophy are first class all the way. His knowledge and genuine desire to help others improve is inspiring and he has that rare ability to customize a successful training plan that tailors to cyclists of all abilities.”

“I started using Tyler Hamilton Training as soon as I found out about it. I was racing as a category 3 road racer from 2001-2004. I decided earlier this year to start riding again and found myself wanting to race again. I also found myself trying to figure out a program to help me reach my goals for the season.
This is when I decided to start looking for a coach to help me not only with scheduling, but to give me the support and knowledge to help me really push past where I stopped in 2004. I had a coach before and never got near the one on one interaction that I have with Tyler. He has been using his knowledge from his career as a pro to create very detailed and specific workouts to take my training to the next level. I would recommend Tyler Hamilton Training to any one from the beginner to the experienced club racer wanting to take their level of racing to the next level.”

“I am a 39 year old mother, with a full time career, and a passion for cycling. My journey started 3 years ago when I was diagnosed with MS. What started as mental therapy grew into a passion for riding distances of 150+ miles.
Through research I had learned about the Tyler Hamilton Foundation, a global ride dedicated to finding a cure for MS. Wow, a coach that not only understands my illness but has decades of professional cycling knowledge stuffed into his brain that he wanted to share!
I have been working with Tyler for just a few months and I’m astonished at the strides I’ve made in such a little amount of time. I climbed a mountain grade that I have always been afraid to tackle….until now. I climbed the 1.5 mile challenge and turned to ride to the bottom so that I could climb it again. I finished that ride at 75 miles. The feeling of that accomplishment that day will last with me always.
The individualized training plan and the level of communication are above and beyond what I expected. At first leap, I was intimidated (who wouldn’t be). Another fantastic surprise is Tyler’s far from intimidating. He is very kind and polite and treats me as if I’m his most important client. I am more than positive that he treats each and every one of his clients this way.
My goal is to be strong and ride for as long as my body will allow me to. Having a plan is what will help me achieve that goal.
Go ahead and make the leap!
Dear Tyler.
Just got home from my triathlon this morning!
Did great, and TOTALLY surprised myself on the bike!
I cranked by a bunch of men and women on all of the climbs, I am pretty proud of myself.
THE BEST MOTHERS DAY EVER!
My girls ran up to me screaming of how proud of me they were : )
I need a nap now!”
